First you have to be a salesperson because you must be able to ask for orders.
Next you must learn to transfer your verbal skills for written skills.
With written sales skills you’re no longer limited to only selling one-on-one. You should have no problem leaning to write ad copy quickly because you already understand the basic principals of selling.
When you add copy writing skills to the sales skills you already possess you can now sell to hundreds at a time instead of just one on one.
So the next question is, “What are you going to sell?”
I’ll admit I’m biais. You should sell whatever you love or are passionate about.
I think selling search engine traffic is so easy I wouldn’t consider anything else. Your customers can finance you. They pay upfront. You won’t necessarily need the initial cash outlay required for most real businesses having this kind of potential.
You get to learn on your customer’s dime, in real time, the best ways to sell their products. That knowledge is worth a fortune. The more you know about different products and how to sell them online the more secure your future will be.
Consider this:
Search engines make huge money. It also takes gigantic money to even start one.
But you don’t have to. You can get a piece of the action and make money from all of them tomorrow without investing a dime of your own.
You don’t have to look for products to sell. Your customers will bring the products to you and pay you to sell them. You’re going to get paid whether they sell or not. (You’ll make a lot more if they do, however).
How cool is that?

We came up with the name, Ground and Pound because of the hottest new sports trend in America, mixed martial arts. When I saw my first mixed martial arts competition I was transfixed. It was so raw and so exciting.
It completely described our business. It was the same way I felt when I was introduced to online marketing. What a thrill ride it is. You can see your marketing work, or not work, almost immediately. How liberating that is not having to wait months to see if your ads are working but the ability to see the results of your work that fast is fantastic.
You never know what’s going to happen in a mixed martial arts match. Underdogs become champions in a moment just like online marketing. Write the right ad and your life can change almost overnight. Where else in this century can that happen?
Where can you start with nothing but an idea and make it happen just with the words you create.
Words that you can create anywhere, at home, in the car, in the bed, Using just your thoughts the Internet gives you a voice and the ability to make something happen that’s monumental.
Take charge of your life. The past doesn’t equal the future.

If we’ve learned one thing from these trying times, it’s that no job is secure. As you now know, it’s not a question of “if” you could lose your job.
It’s more likely a question of “when” you’ll lose your job.

In an economy like the one we’re in customers are even more important to businesses. If you can deliver customers to businesses you can always get paid. You already know how people shop and it’s online.
Fortunately we live in a time when you no longer have to leave home to make a substantial income. When you’re lying in bed tonight staring at the ceiling imagine the possibilities. Look you already have the sales skills, that’s the hardest part. You just need to know how to take full advantage of Google and the rest of the search engines to get handsomely paid.
