theses are some of the things I hate about my Job:

1) Unfortunately for me I’ve always work on a trust basis (tell what needs to be done & I go do it), now I working under a microscope where all of my whereabouts and every move needs to be reported.

2) There’s no human touch anymore, even in a sales environment when to ultimate goal is to move the product, there’s no consideration for the employee that is doing all that is asked of him but not making his number.

3) Corporate America is so consumed with being able to terminate you legally that more time is spent on them covering themselves via meeting, trainings, and follow-up and reinforcement of meetings and trainings that there is a minimum of 5 works days lost per week, cutting the monthly sales cycle even shorter.

4) I have yet to have one sales meeting without the management staff telling those making far less in base salary about how us not performing is effecting their pay, when its are pay that effects us, not theirs.

That’s how I feel. Thanks for the opportunity to vent.

5) Old fashioned customer service has no place in the world of sales today, because when you stop to help on one end, you lose sakes on the other end were you are ultimately judged.
